In the classic Looney Tunes cartoon "Duck Amuck", Daffy Duck and his environment are manipulated by a mysterious artist, from redrawing the background to giving Daffy a plethora of colors and modify how he sounds.
This smaller MOC is one of Daffy's recreations which includes a flag on his tail for the pictorial phrase "screwball".
